Mandate forms are available in all the sub-divisional offices of maintenance divisions, at all Syndicate Bank branches in the city and on this website. Customers need to fill the form giving all the required details and get it signed by the manager of the bank branch from where customer intends making payment. Duly filled form is to be given to the concerned Asst. Executive Engineer of the water supply sub-division. On receipt of the duly filled mandate form, Asst. Exe. Engineer will mail to the customer a
written confirmation detailing the month from which ECS facility will come into effect. Transfer of
bill amount from customers account to BWSSB's account will be a smooth and hassle free affair.
Regular bills will continue to reach the ECS customers every month for their information
only, superscribed as "not for payment". Any abnormality in the reading pattern will be brought to
the notice of the customers by the nodal officer of BWSSB, Mrs.Leena Nayak (Phone: 2945116), before remittance to BWSSB account from the customers account.
Customers can have their Bank Account in any Bank in Bangalore, not necessarily in Syndicate Bank. |
