1.(a) Bulk Domestic Consumers of high rise buildings/ Apartments (i) Minimum of rupees 90/- per flat in respect of apartments 

(ii) Total consumption apportioned to each flat and charged at revised domestic slab rate.

1.(b)  Bulk water supply to town municipal councils/ village panchayats like Yelahanka Town /Hebbal, etc  (i) Minimum Rs 90/- per house/ tenement  in respect of bulk water supply to town municipal council/ village panchayaths
