BWSSB Assurance What do you do if BWSSB does not revert as promised ? What must you do?

The Board will set right the problem
within the specified time frame

In case of faulty water meter :

-- If considered faulty if deviation is
more than 5% from actual qty of
water,testing fee refunded
& proportionate rebate allowed
-- If meter is not working, BWSSB
will calculate the average of previous
or subsequent 6 months readings
for billing in that period Water
Adalats started operating to settle
billing and any other disputes
connected to water, sanitary,
non-receipt of bill, irregular meter
reading etc.
-- Adalats convene at the
sub-divisional level and chaired by
the concerned Executive Engineer

BWSSB
has set out a clear
escalation process to be followed if
the concerned office does not react
within the specified time frame. Meet
the concerned Asst.Exec Engineer /
Exec engineer during the time he /
she is available (3 to 3:40 pm every
working day) to meet the public. File
